What cleaning solutions should I use?
Many different types of disinfectant and cleaning solutions can be used in Alydon’s products. Looking for disinfectant suggestions? Visit the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) website for a comprehensive list of approved COVID-19 Disinfectants.
How long do the batteries last?
For handheld and backpack sprayers, battery life ranges from two to six hours, depending on the model. All batteries are rechargeable.
How are the nozzles different?
The various nozzles available with Alydon products offer a range of precise and broad disinfectant application with varying particle sizes. Larger droplets offer faster application while requiring a longer dwell time; smaller droplets (a finer mist) typically require a shorter dwell time for effective sanitization. Dual and triple nozzles allow for higher volume spraying in situations where large areas need to be quickly sprayed. The adjustable spray nozzle offers the operator additional control over droplet sizes.
How is an electrostatic sprayer different from a fogger or mister?
Most foggers and misters don’t use electrostatic disinfection technology, which is the key differentiator for our products. Electrostatic equipment has the ability to positively charge the cleaning/disinfecting solution as it leaves the sprayer nozzle. These positively charged particles repel one another and instead seek objects and surfaces to which they can adhere. With this technology, the charged cleaning solution provides 360-degree coverage on objects and surfaces.

Do you have a brick and mortar store?
No, Alydon is an online only business. But, we are real people and who enjoy living, working, and playing in scenic New Hampshire!
What is the warranty?
All Alydon products are covered by a satisfaction guaranteed, one-year warranty.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
May I use multiple coupon codes?
Sorry! Only one discount or promo code is accepted per order.
Do you match prices?
Unfortunately, we do not match prices at this time.
Do you charge sales tax?
It depends. Orders from certain states require sales tax. We’re based in tax-free New Hampshire; therefore, no sales tax is charged on orders from/to New Hampshire addresses. Ultimately, if you are not charged sales tax and you are from a state that requires sales tax, you are responsible for remitting sales tax on your internet purchases.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item?
Products that are in new and unused condition (with original, sealed packaging) may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. Returns received after 30 days from the original purchase date are ineligible for refunds, but may be eligible for a store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an e-mail to confirm that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account to confirm. Credit card refunds can often take longer to process and post to your account.

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Alydon requires a receipt or proof of purchase for all refunds, returns, and exchanges.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
Alydon will replace items if they arrive and are defective or damaged. To exchange a purchase for the same or similar item contact us at info@alydoninc.com with your request. All items and packaging must be returned to: 24 Tamar Drive, Goffstown, NH 03045.
Can I exchange a purchase?
For opened items, you must have the original packaging for any exchanges or returns.
What do I do if I need to modify my order?
Please contact us via our Contact Form to inquire about changing your order. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll make the changes as we are able. If the order has already shipped, the changes will need to be processed as a return or as a new order.
What do I do if I need to cancel my order?
In the event you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Form. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel the order and process a refund. If the order has already shipped, please send the unopened and unused items back to us and we will process a refund once the items have been received. Shipping costs to return the unopened and unused items to Alydon will be your responsibility.

How will my package be shipped?
We ship all orders via USPS or UPS within 72 hours of the order being placed.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been placed, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a separate e-mail with tracking information.
